How to Use Insights AI 1.5

For Employees:

  1. Login to nova and navigate to “Insights AI” in the main menu.

  2. Select a client from the dropdown (clients must be eligible and connected).

  3. Create a new chat, choose a discussion topic, and begin asking questions.

For Clients:

  1. Login to nova and access “Insights AI” in the main menu.

  2. Initiate a new chat, set the discussion topic, and explore insights through guided or direct questions.

Key Tip: Set a specific topic for maximum accuracy and context within your conversations.


Using Slack Commands (Alpha)

Slack integration enables quick access to insights with the following commands:

  • /insights-ai performance: Summarizes monthly performance of client data.

  • /insights-ai news: Provides news and trends related to the client.

  • /insights-ai analytics: Summarizes monthly analytics KPIs.

  • /insights-ai ads: Provides KPIs for connected ad platforms.

  • /insights-ai creative affinity: Highlights top-performing creative.

  • /insights-ai blueprints: Shares the latest Blueprints for the client.

  • /insights-ai powerview: Gives status and stage updates from Power View.
