Social Media Account Manager

Requirements:

  • 3+ Year of social media experience working with multiple clients across multiple social channels
  • Agency experience is a plus
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Highly creative & strong writer
  • Strong desire to learn and contribute to a growing departing in San Diego’s second fastest growing company
  • Highly organized
  • Keen eye for brand aesthetics and a creative go-getter
  • Excellent communication skills, a true “people-person”
  • Proficient in Photoshop & be comfortable sharing previous design examples

Job Description: 

  • Take advantage of industry best practices and emerging trends and platforms, write blogs and contribute to our thought leadership.
  • Proactively develop unique social strategies and manage campaigns from A to Z
  • Manage social media accounts including: daily community management, content creation, scheduling, keyword outreach, and reporting 
  • Fluent in cross-channel deliverables and tasks; have the ability to solve any potential problems within an account
  • Strong ability to pick up on a social voice and hold meaningful conversations with unique audiences 
  • Write post copy, captions, and account descriptions with flawless attention to detail 
  • Assist with building lists of top industry influencers and conduct daily outreach to build influencer campaigns 
  • Create unique social content using custom photography, videos, and social templates with a strong eye for design 
  • Manage multiple clients and effectively be the middle man between your clients and the rest of the company
