Integrated Marketing Account Manager, Lead Generation

About the Role

At Power Digital, the Integrated Marketing Account Manager is responsible for developing strategies and building client relationships that promote retention, growth and loyalty. This includes and is not limited to all account management activities and outcomes in the company as it relates to client retention, churn, growth, resigns and service expansions.

As an Account Manager, you’ll be responsible for working with clients in the D2C and B2B lead generation space. A successful candidate will have a broad and varied background with hands-on experience across many lead generation digital marketing channels and tools. This role will define and develop integrated marketing strategies and plans that leverage paid and organic media channels that align with client priorities and deliver on client objectives. An understanding of the evolving martech space and the ability to articulate and positively orchestrate complex marketing plans across multiple channels and teams are critical for success. This opportunity is a challenging and exciting role for a marketer with a passion for building and executing comprehensive and innovative cross-channel campaigns across multiple clients and internal account teams.

Responsibilities Overview

  • Marketing Strategy: Develop marketing strategies and manage integrated marketing plans that deliver to client priorities and goals
  • Data-driven Insights: Leverage data and analytics to identify opportunities and insights and translate needs into executable integrated marketing plans that improve performance and deliver on objectives
  • Strategic Planning: Owns and authors marketing plans and strategies; works closely with Executive Sponsor to align client priorities and orchestrate channel leads to execute and optimize plans in a timely manner
  • Client-centric Communications: Builds strong client relationships through excellent internal and external communication
  • Contract Resigns and Retention: Manages the resign strategy, presentation and proposal development alongside the Executive Sponsor to increase contract duration and maintain client retention
  • Service Expansions and Revenue Growth: Identifies additional strategies and services to improve digital marketing performance and increase agency revenue derived from client partnership; Leads service expansion pitch, proposal and onboarding of new team members alongside executive sponsor
  • Coaching and Development: Leads account manager trainings companywide to improve skill set of new account managers across a variety of areas: communication, strategy, reporting, resigns and service expansions, among others
  • Responsible for other tasks and projects as assigned by integrated marketing department heads, as needed


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communication or related discipline
  • 3-5 years marketing experience in executing integrated marketing plans with D2C and B2B lead generation clients
  • 2 years or more spearheading lead generation integrated marketing campaigns at scale and leveraging data in execution
  • Account management experience required
  • Advanced understanding of digital marketing and experience in lead generation tools, earned media, paid media, owned media, attribution, optimization, etc. – experience in data-driven marketing is critical
  • Strong relationship-building skills, supported by strategic consulting skills and technical curiosity
  • Campaign leadership skills for end-to-end campaign development including strategy, segmentation, targeting, etc. in a multi-channel environment

  • Demonstrated history of excellent written and verbal executive communication
  • Highly dependable, self-starter, high energy, positive attitude with good organization, and time management skills
